Yes, we are open to international orders, and have served clients from the United States and elsewhere.

However please bear in mind you would still be charged in pound sterling (GBP), the final report can only be provided in British English and will be delivered in London Time.

No, we do not currently support this.

You can currently only order a report for your own website or if you’re an agency, a client you have permission to assess as part of an RFP (request for proposal) process.

All the latest industry standards by the top experts in the field including:

• Executive Summary - An executive summary of the biggest areas for website improvement gathered from the analysis
• Design - Are there any obvious design improvements which can be made?
• Usability - How easy is it to navigate the website?
• SEO / Search Engine Optimisation - The number and quality of backlinks to the website or page. Are the necessary optimisations in place to appear well on search engines like Google or Bing?
• Performance - How fast the website loads on mobile and desktop. Which resources take the most time to load? Are there any quick wins here to help improve both the first and subsequent load times?
• Hosting - The performance / speed of the underlying hosting, domain and DNS provider?
• Errors - Are any errors appearing from the client-side or server-side?
• Accessibility - Are accessible users who use screen readers able to navigate the website easily?
• Sustainability - How green is the underlying hosting infrastrucutre?
• Security - Are there any obvious security issues or holes?

We test against the WCAG 2.1 (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) AA (Double A) standard which are the worldwide internationally accepted standards for website accessibility used by governmental, commercial and charitable organisations alike across the world.

Our testing should sufficiently cover both European and American ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) Standards also known as the ADA Accessibility Guidelines (ADAAG).

Yes of course you can exclude any areas from the report you wish to - however the price of the report shall remain the same as the effort required in producing the report is significant.

No, we do not do PEN testing as part of our checks.

However, we do check for obvious security issues or holes.

We also check any backend services or APIs that may be being called by front-end JavaScript code for security issues, so long as these exist on the same domain as the website being checked.

Also we cannot check backend services or architecture comprehensively as we only have access to the website just like an ordinary user would through the front-end website.

Please contact us if you would be interested in a detailed PEN testing service instead.

Within reason we are happy to accommodate specific checks for your website at no extra cost.

Please mention them within the Additional Notes section of the order form we shall provide to you.

However, it is likely that the check you require would already have been covered under our comprehensive criteria.

We are happy to review one website domain up to 25 pages large.

Subdomains would not be covered as part of our review.

For example:

• If https://example.com is selected for review, https://subdomain.example.com would not be covered
• If https://subdomain.example.com is selected for review, https://example.com would not be covered

If your website is bigger than this, you have two options:

• Pick the specific 25 pages you would like to be reviewed (include these in the Additional Notes section of the order form we shall provide to you) OR
• Put in multiple orders for the same website depending on the number of total pages you would like covered.

Please note, for websites larger than 25 pages, the 2 working day turnaround time would not apply.

We aim to produce and deliver this electronically by email within 2 working days after your order, delivered London Time.

For example, if you order anytime on Monday, you can expect to receive your report by 11:59PM London Time on Wednesday.

The report is compiled using a combination of analysis using industry-leading software tools and manual checks by a website expert.

No, this particular service is open to companies and organisations of all kinds.

The reason being, that we also cover sustainability criteria, helping further our aim of encouraging organisations to pay more attention to their impact on the environment.

We accept online payments by the following credit or debit cards:

• Visa
• Mastercard
• American Express
• Google Pay

If you contact us within one business day of having completed payment for your order, you can cancel your order and we shall immediately refund any money you have paid.

For example, if you made an order on Monday, paid for it on Tuesday, then you have until close of business 5PM London Time Wednesday to cancel your order.

After this, we are unfortunately not able to provide any refunds as the work to prepare your report would already be underway.

We shall send a VAT invoice to your email address as standard after you have placed an order with us.

We do run limited time offers from time to time (usually noted against the price).

Also, for multiple orders completed at the same time we can offer an additional 5% off - however you should contact us before placing multiple orders so we can apply this discount.
